ABOUT US: A LABOR OF LOVE

When my 2nd child gave birth to her son, he was later diagnosed with celiac disease.   His mother was then also tested and confirmed to have not only celiac disease, but hashimotos on top of it.  Eating for them became a huge challenge and to this day continues to be one of their hardest daily tasks.  

My grandson and I have a strong sweet-tooth which started me on my journey of making not only gluten free products, but low sugar treats.   During the first year of Covid, I spent hours in my kitchen and was able to bring this low carb, gluten, dairy and sugar free product to the table, and now to the market.

This small batch manufacturer's goal has been focused on making healthy treats that taste just like the sugar laden ones I grew up with, without the sugar and with higher nutritional values.   Not an easy feat but from what my customers say:  A star has been born ;-)
